Email info@getnoema.ai from the address on file and we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days. We will confirm deletion by email.
Just stop using the Services — there's nothing to cancel during beta. Uninstalling from Shopify removes our access. To also have us delete your data, see the question above.
The score reflects how clearly AI assistants can parse the page for the buyer-intent queries we tested. The dashboard includes a fix list ranked by impact. If a specific score looks wrong, email info@getnoema.ai with the product URL and we'll investigate.
During launch we roll out the iOS and Android apps to select regions first. Email us your country and we'll add it to the rollout list.
